• update the live Forgejo release workflow under .github/workflows/release-images.yml
• replace the secret-gated Docker Buildx path with daemonless Kaniko publishes
• keep publishing bilig web and sync images by full SHA, short SHA, and latest

Validation

• pnpm lint
• YAML parses successfully with python3 + yaml.safe_load
